Frosty Ice Official ADA Description:

• Body is an intense white color. 

• Body and wing will have occasional random blue/gray feathers on them. 

• Some will be grizzled on the flight  and mid-feathers. 

• The bill should be dark

• The eye color black. 

• There is no neck ring.

This is a Frosty Ice on the right. Her actual bill color was stained, but it was darkened on the photo to match the ADA description. She has no ring and only a few colored feathers. Her eyes are black.
